Celebration for the 100th Anniversary & Midyear Pep Rally

ZTELEC Group celebrated the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and held the midyear pep rally.

At 9:00 a.m. of July 1, 2021, ZTELEC Group held a celebration for the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In this warm atmosphere, the entire staff gathered for pepping up the sales teams for the midyear sprint.

There were five items on the agenda. At the beginning, the staff sang a song together in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC.

Then, the sales director gave a review of the work of the sales department during the past half month.

To give salespeople confidence and boost their morale, the company invited a guest speaker from Alibaba Group to tell his story that he rose through the ranks to become a senior sales director.

The other keynote speaker suggested that the sales teams should have a brainstorming session separately to find solutions to the problems and to develop the strategies for their sales goals.

Shortly afterwards, each sales team chose a representative to come on to the stage for sharing its innovative ideas. The joint discussion spurred the employees on to think out of the box and kindled their enthusiasm for next work.

Finally, the general manager made a summary of the meeting, setting the pace for business development during the sprint.

A comprehensive analysis of the sales teams’ work over the past half month was given in this pep rally. The salespeople were greatly inspired by guest speakers’ generous suggestion.

In the end, the whole staff posed for photographs, extending their best wishes.
