Hot press forming: Put the laminated sheet into the hot press mold and apply the appropriate pressure and temperature for hot press forming. During hot pressing, the resin solidifies and binds tightly to the glass fibers to form a hard sheet.
Cooling and curing: After hot pressing, the board is removed from the mold and cooled. During the cooling process, the board is further solidified, ensuring stable performance.
Post-treatment: The necessary post-treatment of the plate, such as trimming the edge, removing burrs, etc., to meet the specific needs of customers.
