Product Description

This product is a F-class insulation material made of F-class DMD impregnated with epoxy resin and rewound. The epoxy resin coated with this product contains a high-temperature activator, which can be quickly cured at high temperature. During the curing process, there are few low-molecular volatiles and low shrinkage. The cured product has excellent adhesion, electrical properties and heat resistance. It is widely used for interlayer insulation of low-voltage coils of dry-type transformers, as well as motor and electrical appliance slot insulation and turn-to-turn insulation.

Product Features

High mechanical strength, excellent electrical properties, suitable for high-strength insulation systems, good flexibility, strong adhesion between resin and DMD matrix, no powdering, no fading, long storage period, and simple molding process. The soluble resin content is large, and the product becomes one with the metal conductor after curing. The peel strength is very high and the volatile content is low, which ensures low partial discharge of the product.
