NHN 6650 NOMEX Insulation Paper is a kind of three-layer composite material made of NOMEX paper that adhered to polyimide film on its both sides.

NHN 6650 NOMEX Insulation Paper not only has excellent dielectric and mechanical strength by its polyimide film, but also has great tear resistance and varnish absorption by its NOMEX Amide paper, so it is a reliable insulation material at Class-H(180℃).

NHN 6650 NOMEX Insulation Paper product features:

1.NOMEX Insulation Paper has excellent heat resistance, dielectric property and mechanical strength.

2.Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness.

NHN 6650 NOMEX Insulation Paper is widely applicable for slot insulation, interturn insulation and inner insulation in Class B F H electric motors, transfomers and other electrical apparatus.

NHN 6650 NOMEX Insulation Paper  (Nomex paper/Polyester film/Nomex paper)is a Triple layer electrical insulation material of thermal class F155℃, consisting of polyester film covered with Du Pont Nomex paper.

The polyester film giving the product mechanical and dielectric features, while the Du Pont Nomex paper gives the thermal resistance.

This NHN has excellent electrical.mechanical,and impregnating properties.

Packing and Shipping:

Packing: Roll carton packaging.

Storage: Stored in dry and clean indoor, avoid sunlight, pay attention to moisture and fire prevention.

Storage period: 12 months.
